Managing your Acorn Insurance Policy

Whether you’re joining Acorn insurance for the first time as a new customer, or with us for years, we’re glad you’re here.

In your MY ACORN INSURANCE portal you can:

  • View your policy documents
  • Upload documents we may require from you
  • Request a change to your policy
  • Log a claim

In order to create an account/access the MY ACORN INSURANCE portal you will require your policy number, phone number and email address which must match what Acorn Insurance has on file for you. If you have issues with creating/accessing your account please contact our customer care team.
